Tesla has introduced two new colors, ‘Ultra Red’ and ‘Stealth Grey,’ for the Model Y sold in the United States.
These colors, previously available only for Model S and X, are relatively new additions to Tesla’s color palette.
Last year, these two colors were added to the Model S and X, following the Europe-exclusive colors Quicksilver and Midnight Cherry Red.
Now, American buyers of the Model Y have the option to choose these two new colors. The Stealth Grey color is offered at no additional cost, while the Ultra Red color is available as an option for an additional $2,000.
These colors are identical to those available for the Model S and X, and are set to replace the existing Midnight Silver Metallic and Multi-Coat Red.
This change in color options adds new diversity to Tesla’s product lineup and provides more choices for consumers.
